Avon View Boys Take Region Title in 6-1 Victory over Parkview

It was a face-paced end-to-end game-3 final, befitting a regional championship in the West Hants Sportsplex – home to the Avon View Avalanche. At the end of the first period Avon View lead the game 2 – 0. At the end of the second, Avon View maintained their 2 goal advantage exiting the period by a 3 to 1 score. In the 3rd period the winner in the tightly contested game was clear with a final score of 6 to 1.
